Quincy Irving VS Quintus Nanami

Differences:

Quincy was raised in a military city-state were the only way to make a name for yourself was to get into a high ranking position or die serving your country.

Quitnus was raise on a planet that treated people with his specific “affinity” (being a bearer) like they were nothing more than housewives and baby makers.

Quincy was the youngest of five siblings, he was very quiet and tended to get ignored due to these factors. His parents did love him, they just neglected him by accident.

Quintus is an only child who was raised by his two parents who seemed to always be in his business. He couldn't get away with anything if he tried and his mother expected him to act how society expected of him rather than encouraging him to follow his dreams of joining Fleet (the inter-galactic army).

Quincy is half demon summoner and half elemental wolf demon. He has power of flames, shadows, and gains a boost on full moon while on the new moon he feels quite lethargic.

Quintus is a mutt, but has enough of his demon roots that he can safely say he's the next in line for both the Kingdom's Throne and is the next Lord To Be for his other grandparents' lands and villages they govern... Although he doesn't want these positions in the slightest.

Quincy joined the army at 11 through his school since the school he joined offered preparatory classes.

Quintus joins Fleet at the age of 18 when he says he's going to go find his mate to his parents and ends up just going through training instead.

Quincy has his heart broken way too many times because he becomes far too attached to his missions.

Quintus has never felt true heart break, but he is extremely wary of people far more than Quincy is despite suffering far less in the love realm.

Quincy falls in love with three people at the same time.

Quintus prefers respect over love, but will accept both equally.

Quincy can analyze a situation and is willing to let others take care of it/him to allow them them to feel better.

Quintus' temper may be long, but hurt someone he cares about and he will make sure you PAY for what you've done...

Similarities:

Quincy and Quintus both struggle with their identities.

Quintus and Quincy both need to feel love and respected before they start having massive character growth.

Both are considered strong leaders despite both being shy.

Both are shy and have a tendency to mess up their words when they try to flirt purposefully.

Both are Bisexual (which I learned from later experimentation with both).

Both have a thing for cooler colors, but adore pushy/bouncy personalities that remind them of an old friend who they have no idea what happened to them.

Love looks best on both.

Quintus and Quincy will do anything for the person they love.

Quincy and Quintus are stupidly protective.

These two both have black hair, red eyes, pale skin, slight fangs, and nails that grow like claws.

Both are heroes in their own rights and both are far too giving and deeply caring.

Conclusion:

These two characters are both very sweet and understanding and loving. Although they may have started as the same person they have evolved to be vastly different. I adore the both of them, but that doesn't mean I won't have fun forcing them into hard positions because every author knows how to properly torture their characters...
